In-house production with 14 large-format 3D printers
Shelf2000 operates a production centre equipped with 14 large-format 3D printers dedicated to manufacturing padel racket holders and display systems.
The machines are hermetically enclosed to maintain stable internal conditions throughout the printing process. This configuration allows us to work with technical ABS filament at an extrusion temperature of 280 °C and provides greater control when manufacturing parts of different sizes.
Our production capacity allows us to manufacture different models and handle small, medium and large order quantities. Additive manufacturing enables us to produce compact and functional designs without relying on moulds or welding processes.
Each holder is designed with its function, required dimensions, installation system and the way the racket should be presented within the commercial space in mind.
Technical ABS: low weight and rigidity
Our holders are manufactured mainly from technical ABS, a thermoplastic material that allows us to produce lightweight, rigid parts suitable for professional display applications.
As these are 3D-printed parts, fine lines or slight variations resulting from the manufacturing process may be visible. These characteristics form part of the product’s finish and do not affect its use when they remain within the expected tolerances.
The result is a compact solution that can be visually integrated into shops, clubs, display cabinets, walls and slatwall display panels.
